Over the past decade, California rockers Babylon A.D. have been experiencing a resurgence, and that momentum has led to an exciting milestone—their first-ever performance in Greece. The band is set to take the stage at Piraeus Academy in Athens on September 20, 2025, with support from Wild Machine. The concert is being presented by Rockpages & Hairspray Productions, and further details can be found at Rock Pages.
Before making their Greek debut, Babylon A.D. will embark on a UK tour, playing eight shows from September 4 to 14, 2025, alongside Bad Actress.
On March 17, 2025, the band shared the following announcement on their Facebook page:
**"Babylon A.D. is happy to announce the band is coming to the U.K. and Athens, Greece in Sept!
WHEN THE WORLD STOPS! tour will be showcasing tracks from the new album and their biggest hits—'Bang Go The Bells,' 'Kid Goes Wild,' 'Hammer Swings Down,' 'So Savage The Heart,' 'Rome Wasn’t Built In A Day,' and more! Ticket links are now available at babylonadband.com/shows.
SPREAD THE WORD WORLD ROCKERS!"**
Unbelievable as it may be, Babylon A.D. had not played the Maryland area in over 25 years. That seemed surprising, considering the band received a fantastic reaction from the audience. I was particularly impressed with the crowd at Sleazy Slimey Sunday 3—while some attendees were from out of town, a large portion must have been local rock fans. Seeing the venue packed late into Sunday night (or early Monday morning, really) when L.A. Guns took the stage around 1:00 a.m. was truly remarkable.
Overall, Babylon A.D. delivered exactly what I expected—a kick-ass set full of energy and straight-up, balls-to-the-wall rock.
